Returns & Refund

We want you to love every Chemme piece you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:
 • Unused
 • Unwashed
 • In their original condition
 • In the original packaging (including box, tray, and protective materials)

Used, damaged, or worn items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons since our products are designed for babies and toddlers.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
 • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
 • Items without original packaging
 • Final sale or discounted items
 • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To start a return, please email us at:

Include:
 • Order number
 • The item(s) you wish to return
 • Reason for the return
 • A clear photo if the item arrived damaged or defective

We will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and the return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs
 • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Chemme will cover return shipping.
 • For all other returns (change of mind, color preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept “return to sender” packages without approval.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different color or product, please submit a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we deeply apologize. We’ll make it right immediately.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
 • Order number
 • Photo of the damaged/incorrect item
 • Photo of the packaging if applicable

We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Chemme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, we will help you file a claim or investigate whenever possible.

9. International Orders

International returns may have higher return shipping costs and longer timelines.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
