What is Chemme?
Chemme is a mom-founded brand creating heartfelt, thoughtfully designed mealtime essentials for babies and toddlers. Every piece is made with 100% food-grade platinum silicone — safe, durable, and beautiful.
What materials do you use?
All our silicone products are made from 100% food-grade platinum silicone, the highest standard of silicone available.
Platinum silicone is naturally BPA-, PVC-, and phthalate-free, and contains no fillers, no odors, and no harmful chemicals.
🍽 Product Information
Are Chemme products safe for babies?
Yes. Our products are tested to meet U.S. and international safety standards (LFGB-grade silicone). They are free of toxins and safe for everyday use.
Are your plates, trays, and bowls dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes! Chemme silicone products are:
Dishwasher safe
Microwave safe
Freezer safe
Boil-safe for deep cleaning
Do your suction plates really stick?
Yes — we use a reinforced suction base. For best results, press down firmly on a clean, dry, smooth surface.
Do your products stain or absorb odors?
Platinum silicone resists stains and odors far better than standard silicone.
If color transfer happens (e.g., turmeric), a good deep-clean or sunlight exposure usually clears it.
How do I clean and care for silicone?
Wash with mild soap and warm water, or place in the dishwasher.
For stubborn odors, soak in warm water with baking soda.
Avoid sharp utensils that may scratch the silicone.

How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
During launches or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
How long is delivery time?
Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — options will appear at checkout if available in your area.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
Used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry — that’s rare, but we’ll fix it fast.
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
